Volleyball, basketball and surfing gave me an early relationship with movement, performance and recovery. The physical demands of sport showed me how much alignment can influence the way we feel and function.

Every chapter of my life has deepened how I listen, how I understand the body and how I support the person in front of me.
Healing
A severe car accident in 2016 brought healing into focus in a new way. Recovery became a study of the body, mind and spirit, and opened the path toward chiropractic as my life’s work. In 2019, a near-death illness deepened that journey and reshaped how I understand healing, resilience and the experience of living in a body.
Learning
I studied structural, energetic and emotional chiropractic at Life West Chiropractic College. Along the way, I learned beside some of the top chiropractic healers and energy workers across the United States and expanded my experience through time in India and Mexico.
Purpose
My own experiences with significant health challenges strengthened my empathy and clarified my purpose: to meet people with presence, understand their experience and create care that supports a more connected, vital life.
