Stages of Care

01

Connect & Regulate

The nervous system begins to recognize safety. Acute tension releases. The body starts to come back online.

02

Feel & Discover

Awareness deepens. Patterns that were invisible become visible. The body begins to process what it's been holding.

03

Reclaim & Reorganize

The nervous system reorganizes at a deeper level. Old patterns release. New capacity for ease, energy, and presence emerges.

04

Align & Unleash

Structure, function, and life align. The work moves from healing to optimization — a nervous system firing at its full potential.

Your First Visit

What to expect when you come in.

  • Conversation firstWe start by talking — about what's happening in your body, how long it's been going on, and what else is present in your life. Nothing is unrelated.
  • AssessmentA hands-on assessment of your spine and nervous system to understand what's happening structurally and energetically before we begin.
  • The sessionLight, precise contacts along the spine — sometimes a chiropractic adjustment, sometimes gentle energy work, sometimes both. The body tells us what it needs.
  • A care conversationAt the end of your first session we'll talk about what we found and what a care plan might look like for you.
"He goes well beyond simple adjustments and treats the entire body system. I've seen him several times and in each session I learn something new about myself."

Common Questions

Is this the same as regular chiropractic?

It shares roots with chiropractic but the approach is different. The focus is the nervous system as much as the spine, sessions use light touch as often as traditional adjustments, and the work is aimed at lasting reorganization rather than temporary relief.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 20 minutes. The work is precise and focused — you don't need more time than that for the nervous system to receive what it needs.

Where are you located?

2900 S. Congress Avenue, Suite 203, Austin, TX 78704. South Congress, walkable from SoCo.

How often should I come in?

Most people come in twice a week for about eight weeks as the nervous system stabilizes and begins to reorganize. Every case is different — some people need more time, some less. We'll map that out together after your first session.

Do you take insurance?

Creative Care operates outside of insurance networks on a cash-pay basis. This keeps sessions unhurried and focused entirely on what you actually need. Superbills are available for self-submission to your insurer.
