01
The Beginning

Where it started —
in the body.

My introduction to chiropractic happened on a court, in the water, and in my body. Years of high-level volleyball, basketball, and surfing showed me early what it means to live inside a physical self — how much proper alignment and care matter, and how much the whole system can flourish with attention.

Sport gave me an intimate relationship with my body — one that took years to build and taught me everything. I understood performance, recovery, and the fine line between the two. When I decided to pursue chiropractic, it was a natural extension of everything I had already been living.

I enrolled at Life West Chiropractic College, where I specialized in structural care, energetic and emotional chiropractic. But life had a different education planned for me first.

2016

The accident that
changed everything.

A few months after deciding to become a chiropractor, I was involved in a severe car accident that nearly killed me.

What I had understood intellectually about healing became something I had to live.

That experience cracked something open. The connection between the physical, the mental, and the spiritual became lived experience. I was navigating my own recovery in real time, working alongside some of the most respected chiropractic healers in the United States, and extending that learning to India and Mexico.

Every adjustment I studied, I was also receiving. Every principle I absorbed, I was testing against my own body. I came out of that period with a level of empathy only experience can give, and a clarity about what real healing requires.

2019

The second trial —
and what emerged.

In 2019, my resilience was tested again. A serious parasite infection led to a diagnosis of Crohn's disease and a cascade of other health challenges. I faced starvation, depression, hopelessness, and a loss of faith. I came to the edge of what I could endure.

Emerging from that — slowly, and with a great deal of help — my mission crystallized.

Not just to be a good chiropractor, but to be the kind of practitioner who actually understands what it means to suffer, and what it takes to truly recover. To meet people where they are, because I have been there myself.

That clarity is what Creative Care is built on. Every session, every chapter of care, every conversation — it's shaped by having lived through the kind of breakdown that this work helps people move through.

Today

The practice,
today.

Since beginning practice, I have performed well over 10,000 adjustments. Every session is an opportunity to help someone reconnect with their body, release tension that has been held for years, and step into a more aligned, vital state of being.

I built Creative Care around Network Spinal because it is the most comprehensive, most intelligent approach I have found for guiding people through this kind of transformation — from a nervous system stuck in survival, to one that is regulated, resourced, and fully alive.

Care here is organized into four chapters — taking you from wherever you are right now, toward a genuinely new baseline. Not symptom management. Not maintenance. Actual, lasting change.
