Where it started —
in the body.
My introduction to chiropractic happened on a court, in the water, and in my body. Years of high-level volleyball, basketball, and surfing showed me early what it means to live inside a physical self — how much proper alignment and care matter, and how much the whole system can flourish with attention.
Sport gave me an intimate relationship with my body — one that took years to build and taught me everything. I understood performance, recovery, and the fine line between the two. When I decided to pursue chiropractic, it was a natural extension of everything I had already been living.
I enrolled at Life West Chiropractic College, where I specialized in structural care, energetic and emotional chiropractic. But life had a different education planned for me first.
