Held in the Creative Care studio space. The one-day immersive accelerator is a retreat-focused, contained experience designed to create large nervous system shifts in a single day.
Group size is limited to preserve depth and attention.
What the schedule looks like
This is a half-to-full-day experience, generally running from late morning into early evening.
The day unfolds in a simple arc:
Arrival and orientation, intention setting/discussion (11am)
First body-based session + integration (11:30am)
Midday break and discussion (2pm)
Second body-based session + settling (3pm)
Closing discussion + integration (4:30pm)
A more specific timing outline will be shared after registration.
What about travel and lodging?
Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging. The Accelerator is a one-day experience, and once registered you’ll receive the exact location along with suggestions for nearby accommodations if needed.

• Lunch is not provided (~1 hour break)
• Participants may bring lunch/snacks or step out during the break
• Water will be available

• Comfortable clothing suitable for sitting, movement, and body-based work

No prior experience with bodywork or group work is required.

This Accelerator is best suited for individuals open to body-based work, self-inquiry, and deep presence. You’ll be supported throughout the day and encouraged to engage at your own pace.

A weekend long immersive retreat with Dr. Ben Rotman & Clayton Maderia designed to support clarity, regulation, and embodied insight through body-based practices, guided inquiry, facilitated group work, energy work, and integration.
This retreat is structured to move you through layers clearing what’s in the way and stepping into aligned action, within a safe, intentional group container.

What about travel and lodging?
Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging. Once registered, you’ll receive recommendations for nearby accommodations and guidance to help you choose a place that fits your preferences and budget.
Which meals are provided?
Nourishing, health-forward lunches will be provided each day of the retreat. If you’d like to venture off for your own lunch, you are welcome to go off site. Water will be available throughout the day, along with light snacks. Breakfasts, dinners, and any additional meals are the responsibility of each participant.
What does the general schedule look like?
The retreat runs April 17–19 and follows a balanced rhythm of guided sessions and integration time.
Friday: Arrival and opening session in the early evening
Saturday: Full day of immersive work with breaks and a provided lunch
Sunday: Morning session, lunch and closing integration, ending early afternoon
A more detailed schedule will be shared closer to the retreat.

Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances are non-refundable after April 3rd, 2026. Transfers may be permitted with prior approval if space allows.

Comfortable clothing for both indoor and outdoor settings
Layers for varying temperatures
Anything you need to feel grounded and supported (water bottle, personal items, etc.)
No prior experience with body-based or group work is required.
Is there anything else I should know?
This retreat is intentionally limited in size to preserve depth, presence, and individualized attention. We ask that participants arrive open, respectful of the group container, and willing to engage at their own pace.

$750 total
Pay in full, or reserve your spot with a $375 deposit (Venmo: @dr-ben-rotman).
Remaining balance due April 3rd, 2 weeks prior to the retreat.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance is non-refundable after April 3rd, 2026. You may transfer your spot to another participant with prior approval, or go towards credit for future retreat.
